Small groups that grow leaders.
From youth group to university to house group, NEUMA:HUBS gives your church one simple path that turns members into leaders.

One path for life.
Imagine a thirteen-year-old who walks into youth group for the first time. With NEUMA:HUBS, she doesn't just attend. She belongs, then helps, then leads, and one day she starts something new. Here's the path.
Belong and help.
Juniors meet God in the Bible, learn to pray out loud and invite a friend. Older youth help every week, so juniors see what leading looks like.
Lead with support.
Each week the youth leader hands the page to one of the group, with an adult in the room. By sixth form, young people are leading sessions and helping the juniors.
Start and multiply.
Students arrive already knowing the pattern. They join a HUB or start one, reach their campus, and train the people who'll lead the next one.
Host, lead and send.
Back in the local church, house groups open their doors. Members take turns leading, pray for their Three, and the group grows until one house becomes two.
The same four words at every stage.
Every HUB, at every age, follows one pattern. That's what makes the journey work: people never have to start again.
Gather
Meet every week, eat together and welcome new people.
Grow
Open the Bible together. Honest questions welcome.
Go
